2/24/10: It just hit me today how incredibly BLESSED I am. Thank you, God, for bonuses (!!), REAL friends, my ever-giving family, my job, a roof over my head, Mexican food, thrift stores, sisters (and sister-in-laws), puppy dogs, tax refunds, internet, America, and JESUS (!!), and my baby boy who I think of 24/7. All of these things make my life just a little easier and so, SO very happy!
2/27/10: Baby is bottoms up and pelvis engaged, according to the doctor! Now it's just the endless waiting... I'm so excited, I can't think straight!
3/7/10: I am feeling extremely grateful and HAPPY! The crib is finally put together, thanks to my sisters. All I need is a baby to put in it.
3/18/10: False contractions = heartless
3/19/10: I think finding a boy name that pleases everyone is IMPOSSIBLE. His name shall be Baby Schmucker. The end.
3/29/10: OK, so when is this baby going to come? I'm going to be at Graves Gilbert on Wed morning for some tests so I would request that he would be born so I can stop in and see him... and you, of course! :-) I'm just sayin'. ~Rose Lambright

4/2/10: Happy due date to meeee!!
4/6/10: Brylan Daniel arrived at 10:38 pm, April 6. He weighs 10.5 lbs and is 22 3/4 in long. In ended up having him by C-section because he was such a big boy! But he is sooo sweet and sooo cute, and I am so in love!!!!
4/14/10: I am so blessed. A HUGE thank you to everyone who came to see me and Brylan tonight at the shower!! I didn't get to talk to everyone, and I know not everybody got to hold Brylan, so feel free to come and see us anytime! I am off of work until the end of May, so I am sure I will be dying of boredom. :-) I love all of you!
4/17/10: I'm wishing my incision would heal.
4/19/10: I'm so happy! Life is looking good. I am so thankful for all who are/have been there for me! Can't wait to start on all my goals for me and Brylan.
4/21/10: The best feeling in the world: holding my sweet little boy in my arms as he drifts off to sleep, knowing he's mine, and feeling a love so strong, it takes my breath away.
4/26/10: These eyes melt my heart every day.
4/30/10: Brylan just belly laughed in his sleep. So CUTE!! I just about fell out of my chair.
5/25/10: How do you keep a baby in one place in his crib? It doesn't matter where I put Brylan, he still ends up trying to use his little legs to propel himself through one end of the crib or other. And this usually wakes him up. Not good for me. :-(
5/27/10: yuck @ baby shots!!
6/2/10: Yesterday was my first day back at work, and I feel like I've been hit by a Mac truck about three times. Coffee is going to be my new best friend!!

9/19/10: I'm hoping for a better night than last night. Bry's been running a slight fever and has a runny nose. :-( I hate when my baby is sick.

My baby is 6 months old today!! Time flies! I am so thankful that God
gave me a beautiful, smart little boy who makes me smile every day.
What more can I ask for?
10/23/10: Bry's first tooth is finally in!! Can't believe it.. he wasn't even that fussy!
11/9/10: Well, I can't take it any longer... Bry's getting some hair cut off TODAY! :-/
11/24/10: Bry has started crawling now, and I am freaking out! Nothing is safe anymore. I can tell the next two years are going to be interesting. He wants to touch, taste, and see everything.
12/3/10: Brylan got to see his aunt Sara--The first time since July.
12/9/10: You know you've been looking at too much baby food when you pack a baby spoon in your lunch bag.
10/5/11: Tomorrow my baby boy will be 18 months old!! Ok Ok... so maybe he isn't a baby anymore. In my heart though, he will always be my baby!
1/15/12: Noooo!! Brylan has a fever of 103... I don't think I've ever seen him this sick. All he wants to do is lie on the couch or be held. So tired of the never-ending sickness around here!!
